These Terms and Conditions govern your use of royalcricket.shop and any orders you place with Royal Cricket Shop via WhatsApp, phone, or any other channel.
1. Acceptance
By visiting our website, chatting with us on WhatsApp, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. About us
Royal Cricket Shop is a small independent cricket equipment retailer operating online at royalcricket.shop in India. Our primary sales channel is WhatsApp at +91-9628562710.
3. Products and pricing
- We source cricket equipment from authorised brands and independent bat makers. Every product we list is genuine.
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and availability quoted over WhatsApp are valid for 48 hours unless we specify otherwise.
- Photos shared on WhatsApp are of the actual item you will receive, unless we explicitly say "stock photo".
4. Ordering process
- You send us a direct message through the website (WhatsApp) with your requirements (item, size, budget, delivery city).
- We send you photos of bats and other cricket equipment on WhatsApp, with prices.
- You choose what you want and share your delivery address, name and phone number.
- We dispatch your order with Cash on Delivery (COD). No initial payment is required.
- We share the tracking details as soon as they are available.
- You pay on delivery, when the parcel reaches you.
5. Payment
- All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not ask for any advance or initial payment.
- Payment is made to the delivery person when you receive your order.
- All prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is shared on request.
- Please do not send any money in advance to anyone claiming to represent Royal Cricket Shop. Our only official WhatsApp number is +91-9628562710.
6. Delivery
- Delivery time: typically 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or public holidays are outside our control.
- Delivery charges (if any) are told to you on WhatsApp before you confirm the order.
7. Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your gear. Our policy:
- Wrong item shipped: we replace it at our cost, or full refund. Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Manufacturing defect: replacement or refund at our discretion. Report within 7 days of delivery, with photos.
- Change of mind: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 3 days of delivery, buyer pays return shipping. Refund excludes original shipping charges.
- Non-returnable: used items, custom-knocked-in bats, personalised gear, opened protective wear (helmets, boxes, thigh guards) for hygiene reasons.
Since orders are paid on delivery, any refund that is due is sent to you by UPI or bank transfer within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
8. Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) are passed through as-is. We facilitate warranty claims but the manufacturer decides.
- Bats do not carry warranty against natural wear, cracks from mistimed shots, or damage from improper use (playing with unknocked bats, using season balls on soft-pressed bats, etc.).
- Helmets, pads and gloves do not carry warranty against impact damage – this is expected wear.
9. Free knocking-in service
We knock in new English willow bats free of charge on request before shipping. Please allow 4 to 7 extra days for this. Knocked-in bats are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website – text, images, illustrations, blog articles – is owned by Royal Cricket Shop unless otherwise noted. You may share links but not republish content without permission.
11. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any product is limited to the value paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses (missed matches, tournament fees, etc.) caused by delayed delivery, defective product, or any other reason.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
13. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Material changes will be flagged on our homepage for at least 14 days.
